SHIKRA BIRD AT JESSORE SANCTUARY
Jessore sloth bear sanctuary located near Iqbalgharh near border of Gujarat and Rajasthan. Actually its a sloth bear sanctuary but its a dense forest so you can find lots of birds here. Also a Kedarnath Temple to visit at jessore sanctuary. A dense forest and also low people visits make birds residence here and birds and animal can stay peacefully. While we are going to Kedarnath Temple v found Shikra bird on a large dense tree. Large size and yellow eyes looks awesome. He/she is looking for hunt. There is a dense tree leaves and also shadow of leaf on shikra bird make darker image but still good image to identify and record shot.

- Shikra is also called small banded goshawk.
- It is also called Birds of Prey and belongs to accipitridae family.
- It is a good hunting raptor also.
- In Gujarat shikra found in many places like Thol Bird sanctuary, Jessore Sanctuary, Pariej Wetland and many dense forests .
- Shikra also found in many city ares too where it can live peacefully like big garden or big farm area.
